Why use this:

For candidates seeking employment in Portugal, the authorities are required to include in the POA the Employer's Legal Name AND indicate the full job Position in the Portuguese language. The job Position could exceptionally be provided in English without abbreviations or acronyms.
The Power of Attorney is valid unless revoked by the interested party or if the expiration date, specified directly in the power, has been exceeded.
Note: If the Identification document provided has abbreviations, the mother's and father's full names should be mentioned in the POA.), Citizen Card (Cartão de cidadão)/Passport copy (The piece of identity provided must be valid for at least another three months before the check is submitted.
